Recovered from a two-day Portola Music Festival, then enjoyed a restorative beach day with splashing in the waves, Sofia bruté rosé in a can, a Limoncello Siciliano sub (hold the balsamic), cannabis microdosing, reading, and watching a hot pink sunset while driving home. Suffered yellow jacket stings on the calf that produced a large welt. After the weekend and beach day, heart and spirit felt lighter. Next Friday October 3 looked promising for another day off. Air will repeat its Moon Safari performance at the Masonic on Sunday September 28. Terra Madre Americas Salone del Gusto runs September 26–28 in Sacramento with pavilions, panels, and free admission.
