"The band's lineup for this tour includes three of the remaining original members - guitarist Jones, drummer Paul Cook and bassist Glen Matlock. Missing in the action, of course, is Rotten (aka, John Lydon), who originally split with the band after an acrimonious show at San Francisco's Winterland in 1978. After a few reunions, Lydon split with the band again after a dispute over "Pistol," a 2022 miniseries about the group."
The Sex Pistols postponed their San Francisco Warfield show scheduled for Oct. 15 after guitarist Steve Jones broke his wrist. The band announced the postponement on social media and said performances will be rescheduled when Jones has fully recovered. The touring lineup features Frank Turner on vocals alongside original members Steve Jones, Paul Cook and Glen Matlock, with original singer John Lydon absent following past splits and disputes. The band had planned to perform the 1977 album Never Mind the Bollocks, Here's the Sex Pistols in its entirety at each tour stop.
