Drop Nineteens are set to perform special shows titled KICK in November, with dates in San Francisco at The Fillmore on November 7 and in Brooklyn at Elsewhere on November 21. The San Francisco show includes bands Sweet93, She's Green, and ee. The Brooklyn lineup features Lowertown, Colle, Birthday Girl, and Me At Night. Tickets become available on August 15 at 10 AM local time. The band recently released their first album in 30 years, titled Hard Light, in 2023 and a collection of demos in 2024.
"We've been holed up for months recording our next album and wanted to get out there and do something short and sweet before year's end," says Drop Nineteens' Greg Ackell. "It's a simple concept - 2 coasts, 2 nights, playing with some of our favorite bands on the scene. It's gonna be loud. It's gonna be good."
Drop Nineteens have announced special shows happening in November in San Francisco and Brooklyn, calling them KICK, featuring some of their favorite bands on the bill.
