The Fillmore Jazz Festival returns in 2026 over the July 4 weekend, Saturday and Sunday, July 4–5, bringing live jazz to the heart of San Francisco’s historic Fillmore District. The West Coast’s largest free jazz festival draws more than 50,000 attendees each year and takes over 12 blocks of Fillmore Street from Jackson to Eddy. In 2026, three main stages are added, with performances by 25+ local and nationally renowned artists across multiple music venues. The festival runs July 4–5, 10 am to 6 pm, on Fillmore Street between Jackson and Eddy, and includes live music, arts and crafts booths, community organizations, food vendors, and face painting for kids.
