Charlie Palmer is set to open a new hotel called Appellation Healdsburg, featuring a 200-seat restaurant named Folia Bar & Kitchen with distinct culinary offerings.
Folia will include a live carving station for charcuterie and a daily selection of five to six fresh breads delivered via custom-designed carts.
The 108-room Appellation Healdsburg also features an 89-seat rooftop bar, Andys Beeline Rooftop, envisioned as a 'nighttime hideaway' and sunset cocktail destination.
