A drone attack in Sumy injured 11, including a child. Ukrainian forces reported shooting down 260 of 286 Russian drones. In Russia's Rostov region, a drone and missile attack resulted in one death and four injuries, with critical conditions reported. A missile also struck a commercial facility, causing a fire, while drone debris hit a cargo vessel in the Sea of Azov.
