Briefly

Go Beyond Racing: The Trail Running Vision of Todd and Renee Janssen
"something for everyone who wants to run trails."
"That's purposeful, that's why we offer some of these odd races."
"seeing people finish a race when they thought maybe they couldn't, or they did much better than they thought they could, or there's special meaning because of a family member."
Go Beyond Racing, co-owned by Renee and Todd Janssen, produces a broad array of trail events across Oregon and Washington, from weeknight series to 100-mile and last-person-standing formats. The organization intentionally programs niche races to provide a place for every type of trail runner while avoiding overextension. Go Beyond Racing has supported the regional trail community for over a decade through events such as 24-hour loops and Oregon’s first 200-mile foot race. The founders also established the Trail Mix Fund nonprofit to remove barriers and improve diversity for underserved and underrepresented trail runners.
