Sabastian Sawe achieved a world marathon record of one hour 59 minutes and 30 seconds at the London Marathon. He ran 150 miles a week and wore the lightest super shoes. Sawe became the first man to run a sub-two-hour marathon in an official race, powered by crowd support and a pre-race breakfast of bread and honey.
