Since the Gaza war began in October 2023, violence has escalated, with over 1,000 Palestinians killed in the West Bank. The rise of far-right influencers correlates with the growing influence of far-right politics in Israel, normalizing dehumanization of Palestinians. TikTok's action against Roi Star followed his video showing harassment of leftwing activists.
