'End of an era' - why the Premiership will change
Briefly

A generation of English rugby players, including Test veterans Dan Youngs and Dan Cole, are bidding farewell to the sport, marking the end of an era at Twickenham. The players, many of whom contributed to England's historic victory against New Zealand in 2012, include various notable figures such as Danny Care and Alex Goode. As younger players emerge from the academies, the departure of these seasoned athletes reflects a shift in the squad dynamic and highlights the monumental contributions they made to the sport.

So the squad dynamic is probably a little bit different. There aren't many of us anymore! But it does feel like a bit of an end of an era.
More than 12 years on, they all say goodbye to English rugby in the coming days and weeks. Seldom have a group of this calibre left the stage together.
