SQF, LLC d/b/a Verta acquired Arcadia Towers effective October 21. Arcadia contributes a development team, a portfolio of 25 existing towers, hundreds of controlled properties, and a pipeline of new sites under development. Arcadia brings expertise in real estate entitlement and established partnerships with community governments, school systems, and private property owners. Verta will integrate all Arcadia employees into its team and retain Arcadia's Cincinnati office within combined operations. Verta’s focus remains on appropriately scaled poles and towers for wireless colocation and on deploying networks in a community-sensitive manner that balances carrier needs and local stakeholder interests.
