Union Home Mortgage named Renee Hildebrand national vice president of mergers and acquisitions. She will identify organizations that align culturally with Union Home Mortgage and pursue acquisition opportunities. Hildebrand previously served as vice president of mergers and acquisitions and strategic market growth at Guild Mortgage and joined Guild through Academy Mortgage’s acquisition. She has participated in about ten deals and has experience in joint ventures, construction financing partnerships for homebuilders, and organic market expansion. Her prior roles include positions at Cardinal Financial, Bay Equity Home Loans, Stearns Lending, Caliber Home Loans, and Nationstar Mortgage. Union Home completed recent acquisitions and produced about $7 billion in sales volume.
