The World's Tallest Hotel Is Now Open-With 1,004 Rooms and a Sky-high Infinity Pool
"The property, which opened on Nov. 15, 2025, rises 377 meters or nearly 1,237 feet, surpassing the former record holder, the Gevora Hotel, which stands at 1,174 feet and is also in Dubai. The title is a fitting one. Ciel is the French word for "sky," a nod to the hotel's soaring 82 floors. The Ciel has 1,004 rooms and suites, each with floor-to-ceiling glass windows that offer views over the city."
""We are delighted to welcome guests to Ciel Dubai Marina, Vignette Collection, a visionary landmark that redefines innovation, luxury, and creativity at every level," said Heinrich Morio, managing director of Ciel Dubai Marina, in a release shared with Travel + Leisure. "This extraordinary hotel reflects Dubai's status as a global destination for tourism and business, offering an experience that is as elevated as it is unforgettable.""
