The Real Brokerage Inc. will acquire REMAX Holdings Inc. in a deal valued at approximately $880 million, forming the Real REMAX Group. This merger will unite a rapidly growing U.S. brokerage with a major global franchise network, supporting over 180,000 real estate professionals in more than 120 countries.
