A 1,648-square-foot house on Skyland Road sold for $975,000 ($592 per sq. ft.). Condominiums on Winchester Blvd. and El Olivar sold for $1.6 million and $1.74 million, respectively. A detached Hyde Drive home sold for $2,062,000.
