Harpenden is a 30-minute train journey to London St Pancras, offers village charm, a superb range of restaurants, wine bars and leisure facilities, numerous highly rated schools, and about 60% of residents hold bachelor's-level qualifications. The average property price in Harpenden is around £950,000, with Cobham in Surrey listed second.
