The sources were not authorized to speak about the deal publicly. This transaction represents a fresh, big win for downtown Sunnyvale and Cityline, a mixed-use neighborhood that has produced housing, shops, restaurants, workspaces and now jobs in the city's urban core."
"In July, Databricks leased an entire seven-story office building totaling 305,400 square feet at 200 West Washington Ave. in Sunnyvale. Now, according to the sources, Databricks has decided to lease additional space in an adjacent office building at 250 West Washington that is the same size as the 200 West Washington office site. Texas-based Crowdstrike has signed a deal to lease up to half of the 250 West Washington building, which it would share with Databricks, the sources disclosed."
"Over the 12 months that ended in April, Crowdstrike generated $4.14 billion in revenue. During the tech company's fiscal year that ended in January, Crowdstrike produced $3.95 billion in revenue. Real estate firms Hunter Partners and Sares Regis Group of Northern California have teamed up to develop the Cityline neighborhood. CBRE commercial real estate brokers have been seeking tenants for the two office buildings on West Washington Avenue."

Crowdstrike reported $4.14 billion revenue for the 12 months ended April.
