Stewart Title acquired Townsend Title Insurance Agency, adding offices in Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Lehigh Acres and expanding Stewart’s presence in southwest Florida. Townsend will retain its existing branch locations and staff and will gain access to Stewart’s operational tools, advanced technology, and 132-year-old company financial strength to enable faster, more efficient closings. Townsend has served residential real estate customers in the region since 2008. Both companies commit to maintaining the same trusted team and high service standards while leveraging additional products such as farming products and net sheets to drive collaborative growth.
