Fairley holds board positions at the Council of MLSs and Real Estate Standards Organization. Cowen, who guided Stellar MLS through the Great Recession and expanded it to become Florida and Puerto Rico's largest MLS, will remain CEO of Universal Consulting Opportunities, a subsidiary launched in 2024 focused on building and scaling MLSs globally.
