Affiliates paid $55 million for 4650 Old Ironsides Drive and $42 million for 4700 Old Ironsides Drive, according to county records filed Nov. 14. In October, Centersquare announced an agreement to buy 10 data centers across the United States and North America as part of a $1 billion expansion, though a blog post did not specify whether the Santa Clara sites were included.
