"Santa Clara County purchased the property at 1510 Parkmoor Ave. for $6 million and funded construction of The Hub at a cost of $15 million. It also contributed $20 million to help finance the construction of Parkmoor Community Apartments, which includes $16 million from Measure A, a $950 million affordable housing bond approved by county voters in 2016. San Jose also contributed roughly $40 million in state bonds to the project."

The county owns the property and Abode Services operates the facility for people ages 15 to 25 leaving the foster care system. Santa Clara County purchased the site for $6 million and funded $15 million in Hub construction, and the project received Measure A and state bond financing alongside No Place Like Home support and San Jose contributions.
