In October the Cwynar suit was consolidated with six other suits, including the Tuccori homebuyer commission suit originally filed in late 2023 against At World Properties. Fathom and HomeSmart are contesting the consolidation. Preliminary settlement agreements with 11 brokerages created a combined fund of over $3.2 million. Real previously settled related seller commission suits for $9.25 million.
