Licensed in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Oregon, Texas, and Washington, she began her career as a real estate agent before moving into mortgage lending. Rate said her real estate and financing background supports smoother coordination for homebuyers and partners. Rate also cited continued investment in technology, pricing, and operational infrastructure to help loan officers grow. Marquardt will serve borrowers and real estate partners in Scottsdale and across her multistate footprint.
