Howard Hanna acquired Coastal Properties, accelerating Southeast expansion and marking the firm's entry into Georgia. The firm now operates in 14 states. CEO Howard W. Howard Hanna previously entered Hilton Head by acquiring The Alliance Group Realty and rebranded Allen Tate Realtors in the Carolinas. The CEO has a target of reaching 20% market share in 20 markets.
