Barron and Tessa Hilton have left Hilton Hilton to join Compass with bases in Beverly Hills and a strategic presence in Palm Beach. The couple cited Compass' scale, technology and marketing as reasons for the move and invited their agents to join the brokerage to access Compass tools and platform. Hilton Hilton listed 12 licensed brokers and salespeople in California per Department of Real Estate records. The couple brought their listing at 1305 Collingwood Place in the Hollywood Hills, asking just under $29 million. Compass is in a deal to acquire Anywhere Real Estate for $1.6 billion, expected to close in the second half of next year. The move brings the Hilton family name to Compass, linking Conrad and Paris Hilton to the brokerage transition.
