Busy Bee Cafe signed a lease for a nearly 3,000-square-foot third location at the Mitchell residential tower at Centennial Yards. Sisters Niki and Tanya Pattharakositkul plan Khao Thai Isan on the same building's ground floor. The Dead Rabbit team will open the Irish Exit in a 4,735-square-foot space this summer.
