The order finalised the dismissal of Mr Magnier’s legal challenge to the estate’s sale and directed that the lis pendens notice be vacated. The decision could permit the sale of Barne to rival tycoon Maurice Regan to proceed. The court order was issued on Friday by High Court Judge Max Barrett. Mr Magnier has 28 days from the order to lodge an appeal against the ruling.
