Hard Rock International plans an $850 million Hard Rock Hotel & Casino San Juan to open in 2029, with construction expected to begin mid-2026. The project is a partnership with Misla Hospitality, Stonecrest Investment Management, and The Interfin Companies and marks Hard Rock's first Puerto Rico destination. Klai Juba Wald and CMA Architects will design the property with inspiration from Puerto Rico's cultural and musical heritage. The development will include about 415 rooms, 58 suites, and 186 branded residences, event venues, a recording studio, and local memorabilia. The integrated casino will create approximately 2,500 construction jobs and 1,250 permanent positions.
