Steven Cohen and his 10-person team are returning to Corcoran after five years at Douglas Elliman. Cohen originally joined Corcoran in 2000 and founded the Steven Cohen Team there in 2017. The team closed $152 million in sales in 2024 and ranked as Elliman's No. 3 small team nationwide. Cohen's career sales exceed $2.4 billion. The move brings six additional agents and four administrative staff to Corcoran and includes $110 million in active listings, including a $19 million penthouse at 535 West End Avenue. Corcoran's parent, Anywhere Real Estate, is being acquired by Compass, prompting potential consolidation and antitrust considerations.
