El Paso Home Prices Up in November

There were 2,477 active listings in El Paso, up 0.5% from the prior month and 15.1% year-over-year. New listings numbered 636, down 8.9% from last month and 1.9% year-over-year. National active inventory decreased 2.5% to 1,072,266 and new listings dropped 14.1% to 330,908. Homes in El Paso averaged 79 days on market, eight days longer than last month and 19 days longer than last year; nationally the average was 64 days.
