An estimated 4,000 homes in the area require rebuilding, and broad participation from developers, homeowners and other stakeholders is emphasized. In Pacific Palisades, Thomas James Homes completed a 6,500-square-foot, four-bedroom showcase at 915 Kagawa Street, and company leadership projects as many as 100 TJH rebuilds in the neighborhood next year.
