The remaining board comprises MLS CEOs, CTOs, COOs, and directors from organizations including UtahRealEstate.com, North Texas Real Estate Information Systems, California Regional MLS, Arizona Regional MLS, Stellar MLS, OneKey MLS, Midwest Real Estate Data, APEX MLS, MIBOR Broker Listing Cooperative and Heartland MLS. Fairley and Legrand were newly elected to four-year terms. Bjelke, Bosch, Specchio and Wagoner were re-elected to new four-year terms. Art Carter was appointed to fill a vacancy and complete the remaining term. The board is elected by CMLS' general membership, while the sitting board elects officers. The 2026 board will focus on policy, collaboration and creating frameworks to empower MLSs to evolve with confidence.
