Income eligibility bands apply: one-bedroom €56,000–€75,000, two-bedroom €72,000–€93,000, three-bedroom €85,000–€106,000; lower-income applicants may qualify with savings. Successful buyers will occupy in July 2026, with shops, a creche, a pharmacy and a GP practice operational by then.
