No, I'm just in pain, she said. Ingram and two other officers help the woman to the side of the highway and out of harm's way."
Just after midnight on September 30, Officer Tyler Ingram heard a crash while driving on Interstate 30 in Mesquite, Texas. He approached the wreck and heard a woman screaming inside a burning car with flames spreading toward the passenger compartment. Ingram and two other officers pulled the woman from the vehicle as flames billowed from the rear. Video shows Ingram yelling "Come here" and asking if the woman's leg was stuck; she said she was in pain. The woman was later charged with driving while intoxicated and is expected to make a full recovery. The Mesquite Police Department urged planning rides or using rideshares.
