Hampstead Heath's mixed pond currently opens for public swimming only between April and October, while the men's and ladies' ponds are already open year-round. The City of London Corporation's Hampstead Heath, Highgate Wood and Queen's Park Committee will assess seasonal use of the mixed pond, with a review anticipated in the 2026/27 financial year. Proposed changes include re-landscaping around the mixed pond, expanding accessible changing space and additional outdoor showers at Kenwood Ladies' Pond, reviewing meadow use, and reviewing sauna usage at Parliament Hill Lido to align facilities and opening hours.
