On 17 September, the Kurzeme Regional Court imposed a fine of 25 minimum monthly salaries (€18,500) on the public official, as well as a ban on holding positions in the public procurement commission for 1 year and 6 months. The member of the company's Management Board was fined 15 minimum monthly salaries (€11,100)."
