Portland is enhancing its vibrant community atmosphere by hosting free concerts at the Transit Mall, thanks to the collaboration of the Portland Mall Management, Portland Bureau of Transportation, and TriMet. The concert series, titled 'In Concert', will take place every Tuesday and Thursday over the lunch hour and will run from February 18 to June 26.
