This Plugfest marks a milestone for 50G-PON interoperability, proving its potential alongside existing PON technologies which underscores the need for multivendor cooperation.
Sumithra Bhojan highlighted the pivotal role of interoperability, stating that it fosters a multivendor broadband ecosystem, essential for advancing PON technology.
