A Millionaire for Life second-prize winning ticket was sold at Tiptop Super Shoppe in Orangeburg, Rockland County. The ticket matched enough numbers for a guaranteed multimillion-dollar prize. The prize provides $100,000 each year for life, with a guaranteed minimum payout of $2.2 million. Millionaire for Life drawings occur daily at 11:15 p.m. Players choose numbers from one through 58 and also select a separate Millionaire Ball from one through five. Lottery officials have not released the winner’s identity. Prizes from New York Lottery draw games can be claimed within one year of the drawing date.
