Steelers' Rodgers (wrist) full participant in practice
""I'm going to see how I feel after [Thursday]," Rodgers said Wednesday regarding the practice plans for this week. "I'm going to go [Thursday] and get casted up and then see how I respond.""
""I wasn't able to go last week, so I'm hoping for a different outcome this week," Rodgers said."
""I've had more days for the callous to form and more healing, especially Monday and Tuesday just doing rehab," Rodgers said. "[Wednesday] I did a little bit more. [Thursday] I'll do a little bit more and see where I'm at come Friday.""
Aaron Rodgers fractured his left wrist on Nov. 16 and was a full participant in practice after missing two Wednesday sessions. He practiced in a black stabilizer during a cold Thanksgiving practice and completed his normal workload. He plans to have his wrist casted Thursday and will evaluate his response before game-day decisions. Rodgers reported more callus formation and ongoing rehab work on Monday and Tuesday, with incremental increases Wednesday and Thursday. Wide receiver DK Metcalf (ankle), defensive tackle Cameron Heyward (ankle) and edge rusher Alex Highsmith (pectoral) also returned to practice. The team remains optimistic about availability for Sunday's game against Buffalo.
