The Stelo Arts Gallery hosted a warm, bustling opening on Saturday, Jan. 10 with guests and prominent community artists. Hannah Krafcik presented a culminating residency exhibition and performance titled Between Frames that combined multiple-exposure photography and movement-based gesture. Photographs printed in color and black-and-white depicted dancers, friends, and layered self-portraits; a dark-painted wall held moody self-images from 2025. A white shelf displayed photo negatives from 2024 and 2025 featuring collaborators and peers. Krafcik invited viewers to sit or stand during a live performance, exiting and returning while playing an upbeat playlist including Frank Ocean and Fever Ray.
