"So, I came up with an idea for an IPWatchdog "Dog Wall" at IPWatchdog Studios. I mentioned it to Gene to get his thoughts, and he not only thought it was a great idea but suggested that we'd be able to use those images for our weekly Barks and Bites column in lieu of stock images of random dogs, which we have done now for the last 83 weeks."
IPWatchdog runs a weekly column called Other Barks and Bites that features dog images. Two IPWatchdog leaders own six dogs, including three male/female sibling pairs aged 10 months to six years, and most employees also have dogs. Photos of past and current dogs are displayed in IPWatchdog Studios hallways outside the training room. An employee requested adding their dogs' photos, which led to creation of an IPWatchdog Dog Wall and use of those images instead of stock photos for the weekly column. Employees selected favorites among 31 images used in 2024 and 52 used in 2025; readers are invited to vote for Dog of the Year for both years.
