"I work remotely, and typically Goose will bounce from his bed or daybed in my office, the living room couch or the guest room to clock in for a shift of what I call 'neighborhood watch.' He watches people walk and cars drive by."
"When I turned the corner and saw he clearly had a one-track mind to make sure his comfort was maximized-even at the expense of a nicely made bed-I immediately started laughing. He's my whole world, so I can never get upset with him."
"Goose has a deep hatred for decorative pillows and a made bed. He's often found throughout the house removing pillows from 'his' comfy spots."
Haley Austin from Nashville, Tennessee, captured her 11-year-old American pit bull terrier Goose enthusiastically dismantling a neatly made guest room bed. While Austin works remotely, Goose typically moves between various comfortable spots throughout the house, including his office bed, living room couch, and guest room, where he engages in what Austin calls 'neighborhood watch.' Upon discovering Goose's silent bed-destruction mission, Austin found him burrowing into bedding, pushing pillows aside, and reshaping the space to his preference. The video, viewed over 230,000 times on Instagram, shows Goose completely unfazed by being filmed. Austin notes that Goose harbors a long-standing hatred for decorative pillows and made beds, frequently removing pillows from spots throughout the house to create his ideal comfort zones.
