GoNetspeed Exec Fills Us in On Fiber Upgrades for Four Vermont Communities
Briefly

GoNetspeed has announced the rollout of fiber broadband services in four Vermont communities, made possible by a $3.5 million investment in partnership with the Otter Creek Communications Union District. This upgrade aims to provide ultrafast, symmetrical 100% fiber-optic speeds to residents and businesses in Benson, Castleton, Hubbardton, and Sudbury. GoNetspeed has a long history of service in these areas and participates in the E-ACAM program to further enhance support for difficult-to-reach broadband locations in Vermont.
GoNetspeed's investment was an opportunity to upgrade our legacy network to quickly deliver residents and businesses ultrafast, symmetrical 100% fiber-optic speeds.
GoNetspeed participates in the Enhanced Alternative Connect America Cost Model (E-ACAM) program, which provides universal service high-cost support from the FCC to support broadband service in Vermont.
