Give Good Program lets blood donors support charitable partners
"Blood Cancer United has been a valued partner in the Give Good Program since 2018. Through the program, blood donors earn points each time they give blood, which can be redeemed for items in SBC's online store or donated back to select charitable partners. Stanford Blood Center presented Blood Cancer United with a $1,418 donation through the Give Good Program, which lets donors support community organizations using earned points. Blood Cancer United has participated in the program since 2018. Donors earn points each time they give blood and can redeem them in SBC's online store or donate points to select charitable partners. Top contributor Kathy Stiles donated 6,000 points to Blood Cancer United. Representatives toured SBC laboratory facilities and observed lab processes firsthand. SBC expressed gratitude for the partnership and said the program amplifies donors' impact beyond lifesaving blood donations. SBC plans to expand collaborations and provided contact information for interested organizations.
