Kevin McAllister will lead Face to Face, a Santa Rosa nonprofit focused on ending HIV and advancing harm reduction. McAllister brings more than 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience, including serving as development director at the California Council on Science and Technology where he built the organization’s first comprehensive development infrastructure. He previously led Meals on Wheels Sacramento County, expanding its operating budget from $5 million to $12.5 million in under two years, and has held executive roles at Rainbow Community Center and the California Coalition for Youth. The organization aims to expand HIV prevention, care, and harm reduction across Sonoma County.
