Red Sox fans frequently troll the property by leaving golf balls on the lawn with messages like "Spike, Yankees suck!" The Yankees flag was temporarily replaced with a Knicks flag following a Knicks playoff victory over the Celtics in 2025. Lee also maintains respect for the Red Sox and accepted an invitation to throw out the first pitch at Fenway Park.
