Luis Gil is not included in the New York Yankees' starting rotation for the 2026 season, which features Max Fried, Cam Schlittler, Will Warren, and Ryan Weathers. Gil may start the season in the minors to maintain his schedule or join the team as a reliever. The rotation will change as Carlos Rodon and Gerrit Cole recover from surgeries.
