Where is 'Ransom Canyon' filmed?
Briefly

Ransom Canyon is a Western drama that intertwines family feuds and romance between a rugged rancher, Staten, and his late wife's friend, Quinn. Executive producer April Blair describes the town as an embodiment of longing, protection, and a mixture of character types including cowboys and grifters. While Ransom Canyon exists in Lubbock County, Texas, the series was filmed primarily in New Mexico, featuring its beautiful landscape and architecture. The lead actors, Duhamel and Kelly, also connect to their rural roots, enhancing the show's authenticity.
At its core, Ransom Canyon isn't just a town, it's an idea. It's the painful longing for your first love. It's the burning desire to protect your family. It's cowboys and lovers, grifters and thieves. Lust, deceit, heartache, home... Ransom has it all.
Most of New Mexico is adobe architecture, and there's this one little old mining town in northern New Mexico very close to the Texas border called Las Vegas, ironically, that just looks like an old Texas town.
It just made me see Albuquerque with new eyes. It made me appreciate it.
