Tottenville’s softball team achieved a significant victory against Susan Wagner in the PSAL 3A city championship, winning 10-2. This triumph signifies a return to form for the Pirates, following their loss in the previous year's city finals. The win not only brings their city title count to 17 but also emphasizes the school's tradition of excellence in athletics. Freshman Nina Rivera hit an inside-the-park home run, while Julianna Blann’s pivotal performance helped seal the win, showcasing the team’s strong preparation and talented leadership under coach William Riches.

I just think our coach has taught us so much.
